During the Pilates classes we work on breathing, concentration, balance, rhythm and muscle control. The lessons require some concentration, but afterwards you go into the evening relaxed and full of new, positive energy. The method emphasizes those muscles that ensure that the body is in a correct balance and that support the spine.
