Hockey - Field Hockey
Field hockey is a team ball sport with two teams of 11 players each equipped with a stick, playing on a field that is 91.40 metres long and 55 metres wide. A hockey game consists of four 15-minute quarters. The ball can only hit the flat side of the stick. A goal is valid only if the ball was hit or deflected by any opposing player in the circle before entering the goal (the circle is a 16m semi-circle drawn from the centre of the goal).
