Dance - Flamenco
Flamenco, which translates as “flamboyant”, is a musical genre and a dance dating from the 18th century that is danced alone, created by the Andalusian people, based on a popular folklore from the various cultures that flourished over the centuries in Andalusia. On the 16th of November 2010, flamenco was inscribed by UNESCO as part of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
