Boules - Pétanque

Pétanque is a boules sport derived from the Provencal game. It is a predominantly male sport (fewer than 15% of licensees are women in France). Nevertheless, it is one of the few sports where mixed competitions are organised. In pétanque, the objective is to score points by placing your balls closer to the target than your opponent.
