Ex-club of East Flanders (SK Terjoden-Welle) club which evolved in promotion just before the resumption of the matricule by the ex Racing of Schaerbeek. The first team evolving under matricule West-Flanders and the youth with the local matricule.
In 2017-2018, "RC Schaerbeek" is demoted to the 2nd provincial. Following this episode, the club is taken in hand by Mr. Demiral (father) and at the end of the season, the club is restructured, the matricules are merged, a new direction is given and a new name is given, the Racing de Schaerbeek becomes "F.C. Schaerbeek".
At the same time, new sports objectives, the setting up of youth categories and new coaches!
The perpetuation and stabilization of the club, both at the sporting and economic level has been the priority of the management from the first days of taking over.
The 2018-2019 season has reaped the fruits of the hard work of the previous season and the resumption is immediately made with brilliance:
- 20 youth teams
- No less than 400 youngsters
- 3 senior teams including a women's team
- 23 coaches, delegates and volunteers
The arrival at the club of the RTFJ (graduate - technical manager for the training of young people) in 2018-2019 with as mission: implementation of the training plan and its monitoring throughout the season organization chart of the school of young people allocation of teams motivate coaches to follow the training recruitment of graduate coaches.
For the season 2022-2023, the resumption is made by C. Demiral (son) and with this new season is accompanied by new challenges but one thing is sure: the motivation is at the highest!
The first team in P2, we will work to find the highest level in this championship and in terms of management and administration our goal will be to find a healthy operation by starting on new bases.
The budget balance will be one of the priorities, the search for sponsors and various partners will be another as well as the reactivation of regional and federal subsidies and partnerships with equipment manufacturers and various suppliers of sports equipment. The communication will also be in the center of our priorities as with the creation of a new website, the communication on the social networks more accentuated and to build and form at best the young people of the club, a rigorous implementation of a plan of formation to the height of our objectives!
What we can say is that the battle will be on all fronts and we will need YOU ALL!
