During the SOL training on Wednesdays, we focus on techniques on the ground such as ground acrobatics, acroporté, tricking, parkour, dance, ... The perfect time to refine your techniques and continue training with other circus artists.
SOL takes place at the Métal gym, Metaalstraat 40, 1060 Sint-Gillis, Wednesdays 19h30-21h30.
Those not taking weekly classes at Circus Zonder Handen pay €3.00 cash for hall use and insurance.
