Jujitsu is the art of flexibility, using the opponent's force and all the body's natural weapons. In addition to being a highly effective self-defense method, jujitsu will allow practitioners to develop flexibility and muscle tone, as well as skill and physical fitness. Jujitsu aims primarily to defeat an opponent by any means necessary, using the minimum amount of force.
Self-defense is not a martial art in itself, but the result of combining different defense and attack techniques, primarily from jujitsu and other martial arts whose main goal is self-defense. In this context, self-defense
is not governed by any sporting or competitive rules.
