Recommendations to improve and increase supply in Brussels
No public swimming pool has been built in Brussels since 1986. Yet the population of Brussels has grown significantly since then. The facilities on offer are currently insufficient and saturated, making it difficult to meet the needs of the population. In particular, schools lack opportunities to organise swimming lessons for their pupils.
