Ultimate Frisbee
Ultimate frisbee, often shortened to ultimate, is a team sport using a disc between two teams of seven players. The objective is to score points by progressing on the field by successive passes towards the opponent's end zone and to catch the disc there.
Ultimate is played in its most common version on a grass field outdoors (7 vs 7). There are several divisions: open (no gender requirement), women, mixed (4 men/3 women or 4 women/3 men).
