Hockey - Indoor Hockey

Indoor hockey is played mainly by field hockey players during the winter break. As the name implies, indoor hockey is played indoors. The pitch and the goals are the same as in handball. An indoor team is composed of a maximum of 12 players (6 players on the pitch, including a goalkeeper and 6 reserve players). Changes are permitted throughout the entire game and without restrictions. A game lasts 4x10 minutes.
