Handball
Handball is a team sport played by hand where two teams of seven players (including a goalkeeper) compete with a ball, keeping to a number of rules, on a rectangular field measuring 40 m by 20 m, divided into two sides. The point of the game is to get the ball into the opponent's goal more times than the opponent by using only the hands to handle the ball. Once he or she has possession of the ball, the player may move forward by dribbling but may only take three steps without dribbling and may not hold the ball for more than three seconds when standing still.
