Gymnastics - Rhythmic Gymnastics
Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG), formerly called Rhythmic and Sports Gymnastics (RSG) is a sport discipline with an artistic component close to classical dance and gymnastics using several pieces of apparatus (rope, ribbon, hoop, ball, clubs). In competition, each routine is scored by judges on the basis of the choreography, skill and degree of difficulty. Gymnasts can perform individually or in groups.
