Air Sports - ULM

The ULM (acronym formed from ultralight motorized glider) is an engine-powered ultralight aircraft whose pilot licence and specific airworthiness conditions are simplified compared to the private pilot licence and certification of an aircraft. Most ultralights can take off and land at short distances outside airfields, but the most powerful are similar to light aircraft.
