On request, we also organize birthdays, team buildings, introductory sessions for groups, or discovery sessions for groups. From time to time, we also organize outdoor crag discovery days. You can find all the info on our website, and if needed you can contact us by email and we'll be happy to give you more information.

Climbing

Climbing is a very complete sport that combines solid general physical training (focused on strength) with a mental component that shouldn't be underestimated. It's an ongoing process of progression that lets you find and push your limits according to your own desires and ambitions.

Although climbing is an individual sport in the sense that the climber battles gravity alone, team spirit can be strongly present when climbers help each other, exchange good (or not-so-good) advice, or encourage one another... but especially when you're belaying your climbing partner and keeping them safe.

Risk and prevention

Climbing is a relatively "safe" sport. There are generally few injuries and serious injuries are rare. But climbing is and remains a height sport, which involves a certain degree of risk. That's why there are specific climbing procedures and techniques that everyone must master so that everyone can climb safely. Candidate climbers who don't have the essential safety basics must complete at least 1 introductory course.
