Water Sports - Apnea

Static apnea is the basic discipline of apnea. It consists of holding one's breath as long as possible. It is most often practised on the surface, in a motionless lying position on the stomach with the head in the water. This discipline allows you to work on your sensations, muscular relaxation, concentration and mind. Like all other types of apnea, it must be practised in pairs for safety reasons.
