Golf is a precision sport played outdoors, where clubs are used to hit a ball into a hole. The aim of the game is to make as few strokes as possible on a defined course of often 9 or 18 holes. Precision, endurance, technicality and concentration are essential qualities for this sporting activity, which has been present at the Olympic Games since 2016 after an absence of more than one hundred years.
