Happy Gym

Happy Gym is a gymnastics club specialized in Rhythmic Gymnastics.

Rhythmic gymnastics is an Olympic gymnastics discipline that is characterized by the combination of body techniques and apparatus techniques and is performed to music. Currently this sport is in Belgian competitions only practiced by girls. The foundation comes from classical ballet and is combined with apparatus technique and artistic expression. In rhythmic gymnastics, five different apparatus are used: rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon.
