In Tai Chi, the slow movements become a search for harmony and balance. Listen to your body, follow the rhythm of your breathing, learn to move in a relaxed way and improve your posture, balance, coordination and concentration. A trial lesson is possible by appointment.
We work with 3 groups that do a different form: Group 1 (Yang 24 and Chen), Group 2 (Yang 85) and Group 3 (Yang 24). Group 3 is also suitable for beginners.
