Our classes will start with a 30-minute warm-up. The first 15 minutes will be devoted to joint movements, while the remaining 15 minutes will be spent reviewing previously learned techniques. After the bodies are well warmed up and muscle memory is renewed, new techniques will be taught. Everyone's level will be monitored separately according to the number of hours they attend and the information they have learned will be checked regularly. After this 1-hour period, 30 minutes of sparring (fight simulation) will begin. After the sparring is over, the instructor will visit the students one by one for 15 minutes to evaluate their techniques. In the last 15 minutes, cooling down movements will be done and the lesson will end.
