Founded in 1984, the Cercle Sportif LES COPAINS asbl is a sports and leisure circle for adults with mental disabilities.
Located in the north-west of Brussels, a few hundred meters from the Basilica of Koekelberg, the association offers, encourages and organizes sports and leisure activities for people with severe to profound mental disabilities so that they can improve their physical condition and develop their socialization through sport and various cultural activities.

Among other sports, the asbl "Les copains" offers practice of athletics, psychomotricity, bocce, hiking or swimming. Every year, the association is present at the Special Olympics in Belgium as well as at various competitions and sports days. Training stays as well as relaxing stays are also organized in various places in Belgium and abroad.

As part of the leisure activities, the circle organizes visits to exhibitions, cinema outings, or cultural visits to various places. They strive to offer a program that is tailored to and corresponds to the interests of their participants so that they can fully participate in the activities.
