Winter Sports
Winter sports refers to sports played exclusively in winter due to the weather, ice, snow, which are essential to their functioning. Within these winter sports, two families can be distinguished according to the Olympic Review: ice sports, i.e. skating in all its forms, and snow sports, i.e. skiing, toboggan or bobsleigh.
