Water Sports - Aquabiking

Aquabiking, also known as aquacycling, is a physical activity consisting of cycling with the lower body immersed (usually in a swimming pool). This practice is intended to boost energy expenditure. It is thought to improve on a classic cycling session. In addition to being a heart-working activity that burns calories and fats first, practising in water is considered to have many virtues. It is effectively gentle on the body, allowing you to exercise with respect for the joints and without aches and pains. In addition, the water naturally performs a very effective draining massage against cellulite and orange peel and promotes the return of blood to the veins by reducing the “heavy legs” effect.
