Squash
Squash is a racket sport played on a court entirely surrounded by walls or fully glazed walls to allow the presence of spectators at international tournaments. It consists of hitting a small black rubber ball so that the opponent cannot regain possession. In terms of time spent, squash is one of the most calorie-intensive sports. The other particularity of this sport is that both players alternately share and defend the same playing surface.
