Nautical Sports - Stand Up Paddle

Stand up paddle also called SUP, or simply paddle is a water sliding sport where the rider stands up on a board longer than a classic surfboard, propelling themselves with a paddle. A stand up paddle board measures between 1.5 m and 6.5 m and can weigh up to 16 kg with a volume of 250 litres. Touring is the most accessible discipline for those who are new to stand up paddle. This is the most common form but surfing, racing, river rafting or even fishing are other variants.
